* Please contact us by calling 813.265.8000 at least 24 hours before your party date to make changes regarding party size (upgrades only!). Unfortunately we would not be able to downgrade the pacakge!

* Total Party time= 80 minutes 'Play Time'+ 60 minutes 'Private Party Room' time.  You will get 'Private Party Room' around 20-25 minutes earlier than your 'Private Party Room' time starts. You will get a dedicated 'Host Assistant' to decorate your party room. Host Assistant would not only help decorating the room but serve food/ anything you might need help with!***

* You would enter your 'Private Party Room' to start decorations after around 60 minutes of your "Play Time" is over and there is still 20 more minutes of play time remaining before all your guests go to the party room. Please see front desk if we we could, we would love to give you before that!!

* Because eating and bouncing doesn't go very well- once you and your guests goes to 'Private Party Room' children would not be allowed to come back and play in the play area. 

* Additional children for the party will be $10.00 each.

* Please CALL 14 days in advance for date changes - please do not eMail or leave a voice message.

* Cancellation Policy: The $100 Party deposit is non-refundable.

* Party times are exact, and cannot be adjusted. Additional fee will apply, charged at $20 for every 10 minutes exceeded. Time you booked party for is the time when you will enter play area and after around 50 minutes or so you will get your private party to start decorating it. 

* A charge of $20.00 will be applied if excessive clean-up is needed.

Guests may bring the birthday cake and balloons. Bounce House provide: Spoons, Cups, Plates, and Napkins. Please ask your 'Host Assistant' for anything you might need to make your celebration as per your expectation.

* You can also bring your own food in, must be here 10 Minutes before going into the room. All the food MUST be finger food (EXCEPT PIZZA) ONLY. A one time $25.00 charge will apply

* Please Don`t Bring: Silly String, confetti, streamers, wall/ceiling decorations, or Pinata.

* WE STRICTLY DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/ DRINKS (Including Water).

* Socks are mandatory at for participating in play area and must remain on at all the time. 

* Max age allowed for bouncing= 12 years.

This will allow us to address your concerns in a timely and appropriate fashion. At your discretion, you may adjust the gratuities at any time while here.
