How do I schedule a Bounce House party?

Is a deposit required?

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party which applies towards the final balance. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For your convenience we accept Cash, Visa , MasterCard, Discover card & American Express.

Are Parents allowed to join their kids on the Inflatables?

Sorry, but Parents are not allowed on the inflatable due to an injury we had previously. Parents are allowed anytime but only if they need to go on inflatable to rescue their child.

Are Parents allowed to join their kids on the Jungle Gym?

Sorry, but parents are NOT allowed on the jumping net and second or third floor of the Jungle Gym.

How many guests can I invite?

If you are going to go over the 30 kids or 30 adult , please give us a call to notify us.

What if I have more than my party package size?

Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest over the number included in your party package.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.

Are socks required?

For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatable (we also sell them).

Can a guest play while wearing a cast?

In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables or jungle gym. They will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables and jungle gym.

Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable, jungle gym or party room?

We would like to avoid it but please ask at Front Desk and we would be happy to help you if we could. There would be additional charge for adding extra time regardless where you are adding it.

Is there supervision in the play area?

Our staff will provide supervision in the inflatable and Jungle gym but they share responsibility with the parents with that said we require all parents to be equally attentive and watch their children to make sure they are following.

Can we start the party in the party room?

No, because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix! Our parties begin in the inflatable.

Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play area?

We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the play area. That's because we are your well wishers and want to implement something which is best for your kids= by not mixing full tummy and bouncing!

Will there be a Bounce House staff member available to assist me in the party room?

Yes - a dedicated staff member (Host Assistant) will be available to assist you in the party room.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or pinatas.

When can I decorate the party room?

At least before 20 minutes from the time your time is supposed begin in private party room (after almost 60 mts of Play Time). Your party host will the decorate the party room for you, you can supervise the host, if needed.

When do my guest and I get entry into the party room?

Entry is not allowed in the party room until your last 60 minutes of the 2 hours 20 minutes party (first 80 minutes in play area = on Inflatables & in Jungle Gym), and then 60 minutes in Private party room.

When can you drop off the decorations, gifts, cake, etc... at Bounce House?

We only accept party decorations, gifts, cake, etc..... 15 minutes before your party time that is after you have arrived at facility and going to stay there until you are done with your party.

Do you provide party room set up and clean up?

Yes! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterward.

When should I order pizza?

One of our Bounce House host will come to you to take your order after you are settled at your reserved tables.

How many slices are in a pizza? Our pizza comes from “Papa John”

There are 8 slices in a 14” pizza.

Can I bring in my own drinks?

We’re sorry, but we strictly DO NOT allow outside beverages. We have a variety of beverages available for purchase, the drinks are served cold, so please don’t bring ice.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?

If you are not purchasing our Bounce house goodie bags, you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles, crowns, goody bags and socks available for purchase.

Can I bring food to my party?

You can also bring your own food in, must be here 40 Minutes before going into the room. All the food MUST be finger food ONLY. A one time $25.00 charge will apply and it cannot be pizzas.

Can I get more time in the party room?

It would be solely our decision based on the availability. If you have not purchased extra time from very beginning/ at the time of booking your party and you think you are in need of it on the spot, please check with Front Desk. If you exceed/ purchase of extra time is available, every 10 minutes past your party time, then there is charge of $20. Only reason for unavailability on the spot is, our party host has only 40 minutes to clean and decorate for the next party. The next party should `get the room clean, same way you will receive the party room. Thanks for understanding!
